So you’re sitting on your desk on a sunny friday morning and your phone rings, you pick it up and you answer “Hello”. He bought a unit in Citta di mare and Mr. Brown thought you too might be interested to have property in South Road Properties which is CURRENTLY being develop named Citta di Mare, it literally mean City by the Sea blah blah blah….Stop!
What goes through your mind as somebody describe to you that in the next years to come a place or condominium will be developed perfectly right what they’ve plan?
You may be thinking things will be messed up later just like some of the projects made by some of the developers in the Philippines. The developer may later realize they can’t build a large structure because previously the places was actually a swamp or its a reclaimed land.
