CEBU is known to be the FESTIVAL CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES with over 40 Existing WORLD-CLASS Festivals held annually in different towns & municipalities of Cebu. Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Festival is a colorful exhibition & showdown of all Cebuano festivals it is a pomp pageantry of sights and sounds as dancers dressed in their elaborate costume representing their respective towns & cities. It is celebrated every August in time with the founding anniversary celebration of Cebu Province.
