An image of the Sto. Niño de Cebu brought to Barangay Sirao, Cebu City today attracts the interest of a young resident. The image is set among a farm of flowers internationally called Celosia. They are originally from Haarlemmermeer, the Netherlands which became gifts to Cebu City when Haarlemmermeer became a sister city. On October 21, 2011, the Celiosa was formally declared the official flower of the Sinulog.
